After we receive your information, our team will send you an onboarding email within 1–2 business days outlining the next steps for your family mediation and mediation appointment, as well as details about the payment process.

You will receive an onboarding email that includes a few questionnaires and an intake survey to help us better understand your family’s needs before your mediation appointment.

Once you complete the intake survey, we’ll send you an onboarding email with a mediation agreement for your review and signature before your mediation appointment. This will also include details about the payment process.

We will send you an onboarding email with a secure link to submit your payment for the family mediation process after you complete the intake survey and schedule your mediation appointment.

You’ll receive an onboarding email with a scheduling link, allowing you to choose a convenient time for your family mediation session. Prior to your mediation appointment, please complete the intake survey to streamline the payment process.

Together, we’ll create a respectful, cooperative space to explore solutions through family mediation and ensure a smooth process from the intake survey to your mediation appointment. You'll receive an onboarding email to guide you, and we'll clarify the payment process to help move your family forward.
